This assembly lets you upgrade the shower valve and shower head in your RV, camper, or boat. To install the valve, slide the standard NPSM inlet shanks of the new faucet and the deck plate through the already existing mounting holes. Then hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. Finally, install the shower head onto the shower supply lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with each trailer.com. And today, we're taking a look at this Empire Faucets, Dual Teacup Handle RV Shower Valve with Shower Head Kit. And this kit is going to be great if you wanna update the bathroom in your RV, or your camper, or your mobile home to an updated shower head and shower valve. Now, this does feature a two-handle, teacup-style design. And the handles are on a quarter turn cartridge stem that's gonna enable the faucet to fully turn on and turn off.
The washerless design is going to reduce friction and daily wear for long-lasting durability. This is a non-metallic construction. It's ABS plastic with this Chrome finish. This Chrome finish is very attractive and very nice looking. It'll go without about any decor.
However, I just wanted to make you aware that it is liable to smudge easily and collect fingerprints. So you'll wanna wipe that down from time to time to maintain that nice Chrome shine. This is going to be a very easy installation. It's a wall mount, three-hole installation. You'll get the shower head, the arm, and the flange.
In regards to the shower valve base here, you'll get the deck plate and the mounting hardware, that's all included. This is ADA compliant. And some measurements here. The overall length of this base is going to be sitting right at 10 1/4 inches long by 2 3/8 inches tall. And the depth of the base is about 7 1/8 of inch.
The distance between the handles, from end to end, are going to be sitting at 13 1/2 inches. Then the shower head diameter here, it's going to be sitting right at 2 3/4 inches across. And then the length of the shower, from the wall that it will be mounted on to the end, is sitting right at seven inches. And then the distance between these shank inlets are gonna be eight inches. Now, this does have a limited lifetime warranty. Again, this is a Chrome finish, but if you're not looking for Chrome, you're looking for something else, we do have this available in, one of my favorite finishes, the brushed nickel finish.
